French Montana spoke on his forthcoming album recently.
French revealed that he is taking a relaxed approach to work on the album, as well as speaking on the features for the drop.
It seems that Excuse My French is set to feature a fair few guests.
Speaking to Puna Blog, a Netherlands-based website, French Montana didn’t hesitate in reeling off a whole list of features which will appear on his highly-anticipated forthcoming release. The Morrocan-born rapper stressed that he is treating this project as “the big one.”
“For the simple fact that it’s an album I’m taking my time,” he said. “My mixtapes I take my time, but I never treated it like [an album]. My album is the big one. You got The Weeknd, you got Max B, you got Coke Boys, you got Kanye, Big Sean, you got Wiz Khalifa. You got a lot of features, Puff, Ross.”
French also named Maybach Music founder Rick Ross as one of his favourite artists to work with recently.
“My favorite to work with is, I would have to say Ross because he’s the best in the game right now,” revealed French in a video. “It’s just us making records that was meant to be for mixtapes and become the biggest records like Stay Schemin, Straight Off The Boat, and records like that. It’s a blessing to work with somebody like that.”
