Princess & Diamond Of Crime Mob Squash Beef
Posted: Friday - July 30, 2010 | Comments (0)

Diamond Femcees Princess and Diamond, who are both known for being a part of Southern rap group Crime Mob, have reportedly ended their beef.

During an interview with DJ Smallz, Princess said that it took some time to overcome some of their issues but now that they are older they are able to move forward.

“We cool, it took a long time to get over everything…to make a long story short, we were young in a group,” explained Princess. “Now we have an understanding and a respect for each other.”

Reminiscing over how they eventually got around to speaking again, Princess says that they were at a studio to pick up some money owed to them from their label the first time but they officially squashed it when Diamond invited her to be part of her latest music video.

“That first time it was crazy, we kind of chipped the iceberg a little bit and then we started texting a lil bit for shows. The first time actually coming out into public was on the set of her video shoot.”

As for Crime Mob, Princess says the group isn’t technically broken up but fans shouldn’t expect any new music anytime soon.

“It exists, I just feel like even when the group was still together it wasn’t much maturing,” she said. “It wasn’t a lot of growth as far as subject matter…I don’t wanna talk about being in the club all the time. The group is still together but I don’t think we’re on the same page right now.”
